BoostMyPhotos is a service operated by BianchiWeb (info@bianchiweb.com). We provide AI-powered photo enhancement services. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
When you create an account we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Usage type (personal or company) and company name if provided
- Whether you opted in to marketing communications
- Your password (stored encrypted with bcrypt — we never see it in plain text)
- Your credit balance and order history
When you use our service we collect:
- Photos you upload (stored securely, available for 30 days)
- Enhancement type and results
- Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
3. How we use your data
- To process and return your enhanced photos
- To manage your account, credits and subscriptions
- To send you transactional emails (photo results, receipts)
- To send you marketing communications from BianchiWeb services — only if you opted in
- To improve our service (anonymised usage data only)
4. Marketing communications
If you opted in during registration, we may send you occasional emails about new features, offers and other BianchiWeb services (BoostMyPhotos, CookiesFix, BianchiWeb). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@bianchiweb.com.
5. Data storage and security
- Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
- Enhanced photos are available for download for 30 days, then deleted
- Account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database on Render
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider
6. Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Clipdrop — AI photo enhancement processing
- Cloudflare — photo storage and CDN
- Render — application hosting
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correct — update inaccurate data
- Delete — request deletion of your account and all data
- Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
